He was playing a sorry sunbelt team with hunter/patterson, he should've had numbers like those. Same old Bray, shows up real big against lesser opponents and folds against SEC competition.

He hung 44 points at a top 10 Georgia team. Tell me the last time a UT team scored that many against a top 10 team on the road.

lets do

can i get this straight ur ur blamin bray an the O?????????? for the sec losses!!!!!!!!!!!

i want to know

No. But they share the blame. The "D" made stops, and gave the "O" opportunities to win it, late. But the offense and Bray, blew it, each time.

There isn't a QB in the SEC that wouldn't have those stats against Troy given the opportunity to throw the ball that often. Not taking anything away but lets keep it in perspective.

You just did take a lot away from a great performance.

You are so certain about something that you can't possibly know the answer to.

So I guess the NFL scouts are wrong about Bray and he isn't any better than the worst QB in the SEC. Maybe the NFL should consult you about drafting Kentucky's QB or LSU's QB for that matter.

EPIC Fail...on so many levels I dont know where to begin.

You are so right!

Maybe me and you are living in a parallel universe or something.

Troy just put up 722 yards against our defense, and the defense kept stopping Troy while Bray and the offense couldn't take advantage????????

The same UGA team that gave up 35 to carolina....right. He can score and make some throws against SEC teams but none in the last minute or two.

Bray is the only reason we've competed in any game this season.

Anyone who blames him for this year is delusional.

I am not saying he didn't play great and put up solid numbers, I am just tired of seeing him get built up by getting half his stats in twenty percent of the games each season.

Now you are really being narrowly critical. This same criticism was more generally applied to any team before today.

I agree he played great. Usually does.

I dont agree. It is time to get Dooley out of Knoxville and spend some money and go after Gruden. It is Pitiful to let a team like Troy run all over us. There is no excuse for this except for coaching. He is not cutting it in the SEC.

Did you say the same thing about Peyton Manning when he was here? You realize that he also piled up yardage against the weaker teams. He didn't fare so well against Nebraska. That is just the way it works with any QB. Offensive records are generally not set against the great defenses.

He's been on fire the past 2 games. Against Troy, whatever, but damn he looked good against South Carolina. Lets hope he plays this way the last 3 games.

The last three games will blow the top off the UT record books...
