Mad Catz Interactive announced today a new range of licensed Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier products, due to the release to coincide with the upcoming game from Ubisoft, expected launch in May 2012.
Due for release on the Xbox 360 and PS3, the new range of licensed products includes the Graw Pro gamePad and a 7.1 Surround Sound Headset.

Ubisoft has revealed that the long-awaited beta test for GRAW Future Soldier will begin on April 19 and run through May 2, It will be available on both PS3 and Xbox 360.

If you purchased Splinter Cell Conviction for 360 way back when, you've long since earned your spot in the beta.
If you didn't pick up that game you can either pre-order the 360 version or be a PlayStation Plus subscriber.

The Beta in question will boast two different maps and a couple of different modes, and it'll support up to 12 players. You will be able to sample each of the 3 character classed....

I can't wait for this game to come out, I couldn't find a release date but I've heard
May 22

Sorry for the long read

The Ghost Recon: Future Soldier multiplayer beta will run from April 19 until May 2 on Xbox 360 and PS3.

It'll allow up to 12 simultaneous players to choose from three classes (Rifleman, Engineer and Scout) and play two modes across two maps, Pipeline and Mill (see screens).
  • Conflict: Players battle to complete objectives located throughout the map and earn points, the team with the most points at the end of the round wins. Game session: one round of 15 minutes
  • Saboteur (available starting April 26th): A bomb spawns in a central location, both teams compete to retrieve the bomb and be the first to detonate it at the opposing team's base. Game session: one round of ten minutes

Anyone been playing the beta? I've got mixed feelings on it. I enjoy it in some aspects, but to be delayed as long as it has been, I guess i just expected a bit more...

Didn't get to play Beta BearCat, but I've always been a GRAW fan so I'll pick it up...
I've had other friends that loved the beta except for the lag......

It's not horrible and the gameplay is smooth. Third person isn't so bad. Squad play is a must.
