The Texas schools, LSU, etc. have all tried to poach him and he stayed. He’s not going anywhere, loyalty runs deep with Tony and he loves it here.

Yes, I’ve been surprised at their plate discipline early on. They can get on base. Yesterday seemed to be a struggle getting those key hits that would have broken the game open a number of times, but that’s baseball. This team is going to be fun to watch this season.

This team can smash and a low number of K’s so far. In the early seasons under Tony, we would have double digit K’s in non conference games.
