The only names I personally wanna hear outside of Kip Brown is Bob Stoops or Chris Petersen. If it's not one of those two stick with what we have and wait till later to make a final "right" decision. P1ss on Muschamp if he doesn't want a challenge.

What a day! We had a months worth of news and rumors in one day. I wonder what tomorrow holds for us? I'm guessing a new coach. Just not sure who to expect.

Up and Down is not even close to describing my emotions during all this. Cutcliffe would be an okay hire but not a great hire. Would he win, probably, a lot maybe, championships probably not. He would likely just bring Phil's philosophy right back and we were obviously all tired of that when we complained enough to oust him. We need someone novel and fresh. That said I will be behind whoever is hired because I am a Vol fan through and through.

Kiffin was not out of left field. Left coast yes, left field no. He was one of the leading candidates from the beginning. Only reason you could consider him out of left field is that he wasn't Butch Davis, who was last year's Will Muschamp.

Cutcliffe forming staff to return to UT
Duke coach is leading candidate; Hamilton says no offer out to anyone

Do not settle for Cut.... Please hire Kippy, Lovie, Gruden if you want to stay "IN THE FAMILY", but not Cut! Solid OC/QB but IMO is not the right guy for the HC job. These others guys listed above may not workout either but they would be a change.

I'm so over this and ready for baseball season!!!
