The GoVolsXtra site has an Adidas "all huskers" ad with a Nebraska player in the top right corner among the rotating targeted ads. What genius at knoxnews.com came up with that ad campaign on a Vols site?

if you're so offended shouldn't your first step be to contact knoxnews? Just not sure anyone here has the ability to help

Oh, I contacted them before, Kaplan who is above Adams. I got the lamest-azz whine about how he is entitled to his opinion too. That was not the issue at all. Pathetic.

They had a Gamecock ad yesterday for season tickets. Stoopit

They love to run articles featuring Spurrier, Saban, Urban Meyer when he was at FL. Anything that might be inflammatory. For the longest time, their cover photo over recruiting news was a picture of John Brown, well after he didn't make it in for us. KNS sux like no other.

Most of the ads that display on websites, from small sites like this one to major ones like the KNS/GoVolsXtra, are 100% dependant on your web browsing history. At any given time a pool of 50-100 ads could possibly display on a given site. The program that displays the ads looks at your browsing cookies in your internet history and displays the ads that most closely fit your history. Th whole process takes about a tenth of a second.

I call bs!!! The truth is that GVX, ESPN, CBSsportsline, SI and all the sports radio shows are in one big conspiracy against CDD because they know he's on the verge of taking us to the promised land... The entire world pays that much attention to UT...

I always find it funny when we get this complaint since it's indirectly the fault of whoever is complaining.

You're just part of the conspiracy! The world knows we have the best coach in the country and if you don't believe that just ask his mommy.

Exactly! Also the reason they feature articles on Spurrier, Saban, and Meyer is because they're read...even if to incite the reader (which is so difficult to do!). Either way, attention is drawn which is all they care about.
