Got Rebounding?

not boxing out is a concern. especially when I have heard CBP complaining after games about how nobody on this team does it. I know he is pissed about it so I cant believe it hasnt gotten better. that being said, this was an outstanding win today where seemingly all of the breaks were going the other way. the effort was off the charts down the stretch.

i think it's in them with the right approach. i want guys that get offended when they see an offensive board or open layup happen on their watch.

It won't be a popular statement, but what this team needs is its own version of Joey Dorsey.

yeah, wasn't Cliff a big rebounder later in Atlanta for the Hawks? i seem to remember that.
He and Carr were both on the Hawks roster in the late '80s, when Atlanta was actually good. Just not good enough to beat Boston or Detroit.

Out of your limited choices, #2 is probably the closest. This is a small team. They can work on it and get better, but a great rebounding team with size will always win that battle. We have ways to counter that. One of those ways is winning the game.
.....Easy to fix............growth hormone.:whistling:

dorsey might be the best hopping big man I've ever seen. he is just sick at times. I'd love to see him in orange patrolling the paint.

unbelievably, i haven't watched him a lot...what are his strengths?
He rebounds and defends. I have to say, he deserves all kinds of credit for improving his game. When he was at Indiana, he was just plain bad. It's obvious he's worked like a dog to get better.
