It may change drastically in the second half but right now I must say told ya so. Dobbs looks good right now aside from the fumble. He has really cut down on the sacks.

Well ... with the qb who can run it keeps the defense honest. Plus, not holding the ball for 6-7 seconds waiting to throw is probably a good thing. Offense just seems so more crisp and fast with Dobbs at the helm.

impossible. According to VN's finest, he looked bad as an 18 yr old leading a team and new scheme, therefore would never lead a team.

And he comes in and leads a team to more rushing yards than bama has given up all year and doubled what they avg giving up.

Pay attention to @ 10% of the posters here, for that's about the % that know wtf they are talking about.

The trick is knowing which 10% (hint: It isn't me. I don't know ****.)

Dobbs should be our starter moving forward based on talent, scheme, and the future!!!

But Worley will return just because he is a senior and "earned it"

You cannot go with Worley at this point you've wasted a redshirt its done. Sorry Justin thank you for your time you are a VFL!

It absolutely does.

Im as much impressed with his throwing.
Much improved.

he's getting rid of the ball and throwing with confidence. And shockingly, the OL looks better, and Pig got open, and North is finally in the game, and Hurd is running ok.

Erybody on offense plays better with a mobile qb in the college game. Period.

Now, if Butch acts crazy and names Worley the starter next week? I shall be beyond pissed.

It appears that Dobbs has matured both mentally and physically. If he continues to play well in the second half, i think he will be our starter the rest of the year. The rest of the year and next year should be interesting.

the body language of the whole team has changed with Josh playing quarterback. I don't even recognize Josh Dobbs. He is a totally different, more confident player than he ever was.

And all this time I thought there was some force field keepin Worley from crossing the line of scrimmage.

I was wrong about Dobbs (well I made the wrong reason.he was on the bench) but I simply said give Petey another shot.

Whether Dobbs shows his true skill in practice or not, he's obviously a "gamer." Over the course of my rugby career, I played with some guys who showed me absolutely nothing in practice. However, when they stepped on the pitch, they were complete beasts. Dobbs seems to fit this mold.

I think butch wanted to save the redshirt and hope Justin would get us to 6. Save him for the brick by brick nonsense
