I was one of the few people to pick Tennessee to win in the Swamp last week.

I hate to say this, but I have a really bad feeling about the Vandy game. This ain’t your grandma’s Vandy. They’re a solid team. Overlooking them is a mistake.

They have 2 road losses. One to Alabama and one to Texas by 3. Both games the officials calls were awful.

Vandy is highly motivated. A win over Tennessee and a little help gives them a shot at making the playoffs. The Vols are only playing for a better bowl.

I hate to say this and I REALLY hope I’m wrong, but I see Vandy pulling the upset.

I picked us to beat Florida and I pick us to beat Vandy. It will be a good game but we win by 8-10.

I feel good about this game, especially in Neyland.

Vandy’s biggest wins are LSU and South Carolina. Maybe Missouri. LSU isn’t as good as they were supposed to be. South Carolina is awful. Missouri’s QB broke his leg.

They haven’t been as good on the road and haven’t beaten a team as good as Tennessee. I think we’ll win.

But Neyland needs to be LOUD, so if you’re going, make that little twerp Pavia feel it. All game long.

IMO, this game will determine if this season is a success or a failure. A loss would mean TN went 0-4 against the good teams on the schedule, and 8-0 against the bad ones. The SEC teams we’ve beaten this year are a combined 5-26 in conference play. Going 0-4 in the most important games (losing 3 of them at home) would be difficult to not look upon as a failure.

Florida is terrible, I think even Florida fans chose us to win?
Also, if we get beat by Vandy; CJH needs put on a PIP.

Anytime we lose to Vandy, the season is a failure. As it is for any team who loses to them. Unless you are Austin Peay maybe.

Once again the weak-minded feel the need to bring their negative opinion to the forum before an important game and start a thread. I cannot grasp the concept of doing something like that and I’m being serious. It’s weird and a loser mentality.
Down before the game even starts with some of the trolls and haters here.

It’s called BVS from 15 years of “uh oh” and “oh no”.

In the Pick the score contest 80% picked Tennessee to beat Florida.
This week 95% have picked Tennessee to beat Vandy.

If they do, they will have made history. As of now, they are 1 and 41 against ranked TN teams and 0 and 22 against ranked UT teams at Neyland.
