Keep in mind, I do not approve of gay marriage. However, I do business with gay couples. I can think of nothing more hateful or bigoted than refusing business because I am morally judging someone else. If i live in a society that allows gay marriage, then I need to make a choice, and yes it may require sacrifice. I understand both sides of this issue, but for the life of me I can't understand how someone's religious rights are infringed by providing services such as floral and baking. Take the bakers for example. It's not as if someone is asking them to design a cake with a picture of two men getting it on. In that case, you would equally refuse a request if someone wanted a cake with a man and women getting it on.
I'm honestly trying to understand the legislation. To be honest, as someone who deplores big government, this makes me very nervous.
I have also done plenty of business with gay people. Heck, I even spent 10 years wholesaling to florists. Most of the florists are women, but gay men are well represented. They are not unlike hair dressers.Keep in mind, I do not approve of gay marriage. However, I do business with gay couples. I heard somewhere that all the negative Yelp reviews were generated by just a few people, and that a Go Fund Me account had already raised $70,000 for the pizza shop. How about all the negative Yelp reviews? Any problem with that? Or is that fair game?
These people were living a peaceful life, not bothering anyone and minding their own business. Maybe all the SJWs should do the same.

You don't seem to have ever owned a business so let me make this easy for you to understand.
As a local, small business, it's generally an unspoken rule that you, as a business, refrain from taking a stance on a hot, divisive issue. It is an entity designed to make money as well as provide a service. Anything outside of that (even sponsoring specific charities that some may disagree with) will only hurt your business.
No, these owners were not "minding their business" in the literal sense of the word. They were being reckless with it, and now they've paid the price. Did they deserve bomb threats? No one does. Was their business likely to decline and eventually shut down after foolishly expressing an opinion on something as relevant and often incendiary as same sex couples? Yes.
Stupid business owners deserve to have their business fail for operating it in a stupid manner. Hell, I'm 26 and about to start my third business and I knew that.

Slight veer from thread focus for a moment.
I don't want to discriminate against those who enjoy identical equipment. I do, however, want to discriminate against parents with bratty, unruly children. Will this legislation help me do that?
