Yeah that was a little shocking. I disagreed with a lot of his views, but I was awed by his perseverance. It's amazing how he was able to wield so much influence and actually worked at times while confined to a wheelchair and a ventilator. We should all be so courageous.

Yeah that was a shocker to hear.Ken Caminiti died as well,he was only 41.I believe his death was self-induced.

Talk about two polar opposites. Christopher Reeve lived for 10 years as a quadrapalegic on a ventilator and tried to make the best of it. Caminiti couldn't handle something as simple as declining athletic ability and turned to drugs. :shakehead:

RIP Reeves he was born to play Superman! Considering the current events we could use one :peace2:

I am almost as sad as I was over Rodney. I am a huge superman fan, especially Chris Reeve. He even starred in some of the Smallville episodes.

Now you can soar above the heavens, just like you always did for us...
