Goodbye Behr

Goodbye Behr it's been nice
Hope you find your paradise
Tried to see your point of view
Hope your dreams will all come true

I’m worried about @VolNExile. She has had a lot put on her and family, all in a short time.
Hey girl, sorry to have been so absent. I’ve been lurking, but that’s about it.

MIL is settled into her new place (as much as she’s going to settle.) There will be a memorial service for my SIL in April or May (scheduling anything in Denver in winter is too much to handle.) My mother got a letter from MLG&W (Memphis utilities) that she had a massive water leak. Plumber estimated between $7,500 and $12.5k to run a new water line from the street to her house, but fortunately the leak was easily found and fixed for a lot less (all this by phone, of course.) DH and I moved Wednesday five houses around the corner into a bigger house (more room for his daughters as they will be visiting here more often now, plus still the possibility that my mom will get tired of water leaks and move here.) I empty boxes all day, go to bed, and get up to find that they reproduced and increased during the night. No closets to speak of, as is typical of 1923 Arts and Crafts places. New kitchen is less than half the size of the old one (at least, until August when demo starts), and since Buying Kitchen Stuff is pretty much my only vice, I have way too much stuff. I imagine that the turkey roaster will live in the bathroom linen closet for a while. Etc.

And all it does is rain! I’m going nuts!

Lordy, sounds like you are overloaded. I certainly hope you have a support person and outlet. This is just one moment in time and will not last. Use your outlets, one day, we will have that drink together and discuss life’s problems. You’ve got this.

Alas, like I’ve stated before, I’m a very private person, that being said, I would l like to ask that you all keep me (and my family), in your prayers this coming two weeks. The VA, after dragging their feet for almost a year, have finally scheduled me for a brain scan on 3/6. I know what has been going on with me, and I have put it on our higher power (God). Thank you, in advance, on a good note, I have maintained my sense of humor at a high level.

God has you in his hands, we got your back. Be well and be Blessed.

Some of us will go with like, in a affectionate sorta way.

@Behr is good people. I can tell that in just the short time that I have been posting here. A true, orange blooded Vols fan.
You'll have to forgive me. I have been communing with the spirits tonight and I am a bit emotional.

Now if you will excuse me, I think I'll saunter over to the FF and provoke the ruffians for a while.
