ESPN ranks us the 10th best recruiting class so far, and ahead of FL & I believe GA as well. That was about a week ago and before we got faced by FL. If we could of put those 2 scores in 21-30 would have been a little more respectable, but with our current signees & some 4 & 5 * hopefulls watching on...:ermm:

2 things will happen
-They see the need for their position & think they can get immediate playing time, so they sign with UT
-They have offers by stronger contenders & want to go somewhere else & win (then again ND has pulled in strong recruits in spite of their stinkiness...so maybe...)

Players read forums too. Regardless their potential to play early, if they sense that your coach will not coach them to be better players and possible NFL players, they wont come. They will look at the number of players being drafted to the NFL. You will see those lists coming out of LSU, Florida, Alabama now, Georgia and so on. If they sense that you dont provide good coaching and NFL opportunity, your program is toast recruiting wise.

This post is crap. UT puts more talent in the NFL than anybody except Miami and we have them beat over the past 10 years. UT's biggest plus is that we are a pro factory that still runs a pro-style offense.
