Well, gents: For Kiffin job one is taking One of our group of misfit QBs and turning him into a productive signal caller. I don't know who it will be--but our QBs need coaching up BAD. Then we need MUCH better blocking. (I haven't exactly analyzed tape of the Bama and UT offenses, but if i did I'll be that bama's OL play is TWICE as good as ours, their backs are quicker--and their QB more competent. They've got good, tough coaching, we don't.) We need a lot more speed at the skill positions, we need a faster tempo (which was a big improvement that Cut made over the slow-moving, incompetent Sanders offense); and we need a coach will not tolerate mistakes as Fulmer as.
