So is that how KT got out? He didn't qualify? Looks like that would have been known before he signed.

Weeding through all of the Boards it appears he did not graduate from Juco. I have know idea about the rules but from what I have read he negates the LOI and gives him the flexibility to enroll elsewhere in a school without a penalty of sitting out and no release required. (Speculation I believe to be true)
