Just wanted to say good morning and a quick note about today. To many it is just another day, but to me it is a year since my world as I know it ended. I just want to say thank you to my friends on here who supported me and gave me words of encouragement through the worst time in my life. I want to post a quote on here that I got in an email this morning. I think it sums it all up.

"We dance when there is no music, We drink at funerals. We talk too much, and live too large and, frankly, we're suspicious of others who don't...When you meet us now and you look into our eyes, you will see the saddest story ever told. Our hearts are broken into a thousand pieces. But don't pity us, we're gonna make it. After all, we've been rooting for the Saints for 35 years. Thats got to count for something." -Chris Rose, Times-Picayune Columnist, New Orleans

On that note, everyone have a wonderful day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:peace2:

Morning la. Today is probably a hard day of reflection for you and all who were struck by Katrina, just remember all the blessings amidst the tragedies. The Nation is glad you and your family made it out.

Here's hoping the progress of the reconstruction soon matches the size of the spirit of the folks toughing it out down on the Bayou....

Well la, somewhere down the line you'll back on all of that and realize it made you a better person.
