We are at a tipping point, fellas. If we screw the pooch next season, then it will be hard to continue sell the program as "on the rise" again. But, if we kill it next season, then we can sell the program as having "arrived and here to stay."

Obviously huge differences recruiting and donation-wise. We can't afford to make a mistake with this hire.
