Considering there will be no loss to a Mountain West team at HOME, and beling blown out by our two biggest rivals by 24+ points each at HOME...5-7 just doesn't seem as bad as last year

so if i am 5'6 fat guy with no arm who runs a 5.6 40 time, but who is a great decision maker and can see the field does the mean

"I have the tools...just not the physical nature"

Don't mean to be jerk - i am just so frustrated with Kiffins refusing to make a QB change. The team is divided, down and beaten. Receivers have losing mentality given who their QB is. And the fact that Kiffin is sticking with him is sickening to me. We have the team to beat Georgia, USCe and Ole Miss - but if crompton starts we won't win those and we will finish 5-7. I think 5-7 is a step back from last yr.

No...that would mean that you DON'T have the physical tools...which Crompton has...

And Brandon Warren certainly is divided from the team, but that's about it as far as that goes...

Thats exactly what it means, you ever notice the size and shapes of most coaches?

Based on what?
Based on what?

How about -
- finger pointing by the defense after the UCLA game
-Gerald Jones (the best receiver from last yr) losing it on the sidelines against Ohio
-Brandon Warren getting into fight with coach and gets kicked off team
-Kiffin says "adversity can make u stronger".

I applaud Kiffin for a bunch of stuff- no arrests, better grades, great recruiting, great defensive plan, etc. I support him. Except for the overall impact of keeping Crompton at the helm.

Yep for sure---we're losing CLOSER this year. I'll be sure and make a note of that as I mark 'em off.

Because it was so much fun losing to Wyoming last year...Who took snaps from center that day? Please remind me...

He also barely beat NIU (13-9). Minnesota, Western Michigan, Ball State, Central Michigan, Kent State, Navy, and Louisiana Tech scored more points on them.

Just a matter of time before they throw in the towel. Probably after this week, but for sure after SC--with no hope for a bowl. "Fatigue makes cowards of us all" --Vince Lombardi.

Watch the Wyoming game?

You mean the week PF was fired? Entire team was DOA. But this is the standard defense of the indefensible.

As far as N.Ill----Nick's first start-----cut some slack on that. Everyone seems to forget Nick's 3 game stretch without an int. Selective memory.

And UT had ZILCH running game last season, it was all on the QB. Cromp doesn't have that problem.

If NS is so good then why isn't he playing?

Wyoming also fired its coach before the game, so the "Fulmer was fired" excuse is invalid.

Why should I cut Stephens any slack for sucking against a bad NIU defense? If he was the savior that the Gingerites think he is, he would have carved up that defense.

BTW, I'm watching a re-run of the Auburn game the announcers mentioned that Jim Chaney said that if we played Stephens, the fans would want Crompton back in the game. That tells you how much confidence they have in Pick Nick.

Suppose you are a doctor and you had two options to treat a very ill patient. You know option A has the best chance for success and that option B is likely to do nothing, but your patient read on the internetthat option B is awesome. Do you go with option B so when the patient is on his death bed you can say, "told ya!"?

worked! There is no "best chance for success" at this point with Crompton, unless he turns into somebody new and leads us to victory over bama, georgia and sc, which is doubtful. So I would have tried option B two or three weeks ago. What did we have to lose? The answer is nothing, since we've only beaten the two softies and lost to all three of our stronger opponents. It's too late to for Option B now--we're stuck with Crompton, and we'll be stuck with Bray, true freshman, next year, and it will be just as bad as this year.

Not really anything new in this article, same old stuff all the Posivols and Bubba's have been saying all season.

What do you have to lose? Nothing, Zip, Nada

What does the coaching staff have to lose? a great deal more (bowl, w-l, reputation, extensions, recruiting)
