That was my whole point. We got the gang back together and I just can't feel too chipper about it. Also, last year when Clemson beat Bama that was all about defense right? It's why Saban went and hiried the best OC in the game. Who we also passed on ...

Leach doesn't run the ball. 129/130 in ypg. Name the last NC or even conference champion that never ran the football. Look what happened to Leach when he went against Washington, the closest thing the Pac has to an sec style football team. They got slaughtered. And I like Leach but reality is he doesn't play championship football

Currie was already fired for completely screwing up the hire all by himself with GS, he had no authority to negotiate with Leach

Leach is still suing texas tech. NO SCHOOL has called him, none. In a time where winning brings massive revenue into a program and AD's are turning over every rock to find a good coach nobody is calling Mike Leach. Think about that. It's because of his off-field issues. You obviously believe Feldman because you are a simpleton. Take a step back and think what that report is based on and where he got that information..

Lastly, TN is firing Currie with cause. They can not go hire the guy they fired their AD for talking to behind their back. Even if they wanted leach they couldn't hire him now.

Yup I agree. It's just a lazy out. How is Leach not a good fit here? (Other than the fact that the administration can't get their head out of their ass). The only reason he wouldn't be a good fit is because he is a proven winner and we are a bunch of losers.

Probably because Fulmer and the Administration knew he would see right through their stupidity.

Didn’t want to take a risk of Leach overshadowing their power.

Too honest of a guy for UT to be interested in.

Wrong. I am saying no one can rightfully say how good he, or anyone else would do at UT. But if Pruitt is the choice, we should support him, and hope he does a great work for the Vols. He definitely has an impressive resume as a DC, recruiter, and also as the man in charge of player development at Bama.
