I don't know that. If the school is doing an internal investigation with an outside law firm regarding multiple players, it smells like they think there may be the potential to have to self report to the NCAA. That's at the least. That's my take.

The Knox News story said that UT has declined to turn over info under FOI. I guess because the investigation is ongoing, or is it because of the possible embarrassment. After the investigation is over, can UT still decline to disclose or would that violate FOI? I figure some of you would know more about that.

I just want to say that Jenny Wright is one of the sexiest women I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my entire life and, if I were lucky enough/Trae, I'd have railed her too.

As I've said from the beginning of this, the press can't go after students academic records, the coach can't comment on it. I used the term "convenient" for the institution in this instance.

This is a whole new ball of wax, the school may be able to keep the press at bay for a while, but eventually whether through FOI or through the NCAA, it's gonna come out.

Look, when this went down, and a UT source used the repeated plagiarism tag...I said then, the most logical question to ask would be...If Trae was allowed to get away with it, who else was allowed.

That's why I brought up UNC in another thread. It started with someone putting Julius Peppers transcript on the web. It turned about to be a huge fraud case.

Not saying this is that...just sayin.

As for what I heard...not exactly, similar and that's not to say that what I thought at the time has been proven to be false.

All I hear are rumors, not first person accounts. That said, I think this will look significantly worse if everything I've heard is true, and it all leaks out. The one good thing is that maybe everyone will finally realize how foolish most of the Tennessee administration really is and has been for over the last five years.
