Going the extra mile for the kids...

ouch, I'm hurt because some guy on an anonymous message board might think me less than fun. Seriously.

You are fun and your posts actually state facts and are interesting. Its just every time I get on a thread, you are calling someone a moron or an idiot. Seems a little wrong to me....but then again......I know plenty of both as well. So carry on Big Papa !

Sure doesn't. I'm sure the players would rather the stadium be empty on Saturdays.

If the only thing they're concerned about is attendance, then for their sake they better hope it is empty.

And a blast to sit next to on game day and at a Christmas party.

I have a feeling that BPV would be a blast to hang with on gameday. You would probably have so much fun that you would have to take a post-game nap...:)

Did you just effectively throw a pair of underwear BPV's way?

Nice job of changing the rhetoric to fit your argument.

Look, I understand that when the ball is kicked off, it doesn't matter. I'm not arguing against any of you on that.

Just looking for some people to support the team during the games, that's it.

If the players took as much stock in attendance and "people behind them" as you do, then they surely would have their asses handed to them.

People will be there and will cheer. And by all means, you should take full credit for it. Especially with the Braveheart speech you gave in July and all.

nobody, and I mean nobody, will be taking the freedom from the sons of Scotland.

I certainly hope our players don't read that and adopt your quitter's attitude. You may have single-handedly ruined the team morale. Thanks alot!

The crowd always gave me extra motivation when I played. The Support from the crowd as a whole had an impact on me IMO....GO VOLS!!!

Isn't a full stadium always preferable to an empty one? :dunno:

As athletes we do feed off fan support. It's post like these and the people that write them that we have no respect for.

VolsnV and Slobber it's great to get the opinion of someone who would be considered a high level athlete. Who are you and what did you compete at?

To each their own.

I could have cared less how many were there.
