Go-To Reciever?

I wouldn't mind seeing Moore and Paige on the outside. With Jones in the slot. I could see Paige being our No.1 in this O. But I can see Moore being used like Steve Smith, Damian Williams, or Ronald Johnson. I could see James Green making a huge impact for us in the redzone. Also I think Richardson will make a bigger impact on special teams this year. He should bring a much needed boost to the unit we haven't seen in years.

I think that Marsellous Teague(sp.?) will play alot his Freshman year, they said on the radio that we could see him playing alot in the slot...As far as Jones goes, I think Kiffin will know how to use him, his Freshman year I think we saw alot more out of him than we did last year but you could say the same thing for everyone else on the team

You totally read my mind. I was going to say something like this. Great minds think alike.

My apologies to you...I'm pretty twisted at times. At least that's what my shrink says.

I like Nu'Keese being our go to guy in the slot. He and GJones will move in and out. Or GJ will be on the outside. Nuke is too explosive. IMO we will see

It will be a good mix. I think James Green could be our 3rd down guy. From the looks of it guys Richardson and Teague may phase Jones out of the O. If they translate to the college game well I don't see why not. They both can do what he does better. Both are faster and have better moves.

I think Paige has great upside but hes got to hit the weights...He may have great ability but you can't go around the SEC and be a big time receiver at his size...thoughts?

We'll see. He won't just carry the load by himself. But I hope he and Moore can become a dynamic tandem.

If he can get his act together, I wouldn't mind seeing Brent Vinson get a shot a WR this fall.

No I wouldn't. I seriously think Vinson could be one of the top corners in the nation if he plays to his potential. He has all the tools. He's big, fast, physical, and has great leaping ability and ball skills. He is a top-flight corner if he plays to his abilities.

Sounds like he could be a top-flight reciever as well! :)

Im with you on that one too. Meachem had that nice size speed combination that works best in the pro-style offense as an X receiver. He also had some great wingmen that would do their part to draw coverage for the long bombs, etc. Hopefully this unit can gel with a QB and play similarly well. Most of them will be upper classmen too so who knows.

You mean like #7 and #14 on this list?

Rivals.com Prospect Rankings

Pretty good haul that year.

Paige has the height of the USC recievers of past. If it's true he's put on weight, he'll be a big time player, imo.

Does Seth Reagan have any elligibility left?

jk, I'm gonna go with Brandon Warren to be the crunch time guy. But i'm hoping one of the frosh become a game breaker for us.
