My guess is Banks stays until he leaves or, as was mentioned, White requests he be let go. If he is gone we will likely promote from within or find a young, unproven guy. I would like a home run DC like Patricia, but those are not exactly easy to find on the street. If Banks is gone, administration and Heupel need to do whatever it takes to get a top DC in here. If they make a legit offer and are unable to land one, I can accept it. If they don't, then they all need to go.
