GMAC numbers

225 for 2 is pretty ****ing good for his size. Everyone on the internet can bench 2 plates twice but it honestly is pretty rare for me to see at my gym. I was 6ft1 180-185 and ripped, yes that is a good weight for a massive cut, and did 225 twice properly, big word there, fwiw lol. Glad I don't lie in life feels good.

Good job GMAC keep it up
Yeah, he’s gained almost 25 lbs since last December. If he can again another 15 then hes at a pretty good spot.

We got the best guy to help him with that now. Aguilar can come back or not.
I’m wanting to see Brandon vs GMAC.

I'll ask again (maybe I missed your answer)...where are you getting these numbers from? When/where did these guys weigh in and perform a 40 and bench press?

If he's at 207, then yeah, another 15 lbs. puts him at 222, which would be a great playing weight for him.

James Pearce and Nico were dead even.

As many times as Nico was able turn the corner on guys and people still think he’s not fast. He had the game winning TD run in the Polynesian All Star game. It was like a 60 yard TD run.

And again being in the NFL Doesn’t mean you’re magically faster than college kids. It just means you’re more consistent and dependable. Talent has something to do with that as well, but Leonard Scott was 4.2. And he never sniffed the NFL.

George and Brandon are both 4.5 guys.

Nico 4.48- 4.51 just like Pearce.
Nico is not a 4.4 guy. Pearce is as his laser time confirms it. Nico runs a 4.7 but probably closer to 4.8. He's pretty fast for his size but no, not 4.4.

I don't ever recall Nico turning a corner. Care to link the video?
