Crompton and DE is the only question marks I have. If we lose Cut who knows, they might bring in Bill Callahan.:ill_h4h:

Don't we return a lot at DE, plus ben martin..? i'm not trying to be an @$$ i'm just not sure.

And i agree that the offensive talent surrounding whoever is under center will be improved immensely..

I was looking on rivals just at lists of players and we still have a shot at some solid, solid guys..?

I looked last week.. hmm I'm on rivals now... I remember a linebacker in the top 100, and another RB and some wideouts. positions we are very deep at already.

I dunno if we're even close, cuz it was mostly just 8 teams all medium interest.

Jeff Demps APB 4 stars
DeAndre Brown WR 4 stars
Jamaal Owens WR 4 stars
Lawrence Guy DT 4stars
Brandon Thompson DT 4stars
Stacey Mcgee DT 4stars
Jerrell Harris OLB 4stars
Gerell Robinson ATH 4stars
etc...

not sure how interested they all are? we're on the list though.

I think on offense we should be OK. We lose Ainge but will be better at WR, OL, and RB. Also, we might be getting Brandon Warren at TE. The problem I see is that we have to find a way to stop the spread on defense. We still haven't shown we can do this. We stopped Georgia who is a more traditional offense and stopped Arkansas who runs a hybrid of the spread but really did not have a dangerous quarterback. Until we do this we will not be able to beat Florida. I'm not sure Florida will be helping us out by losing 2-3 SEC games each year.

Tennessee will be in a position to contend for the SEC title next year. Florida will be very good, but we'll get them at home. Georgia will be very good, but Fulmer doesn't appear to be mentally outclassed by Richt anymore. Auburn will be down, Alabama will be good, but again we'll get them at home.

If our D-line steps up... we'll be very good. We should have a true power run game again and good special teams (gasp). If we can stop the run and get some pressure with our DEs (come 'on Ben Martin)... again, we'll be VERY good.
