Gruden - I've not heard anything that there was any serious offer. Why Not????? If there was an offer what about a response? Not enough money? Not really interested in coaching right now? There was a CBS Sports report that there was an offer of 10 mil plus 8 mil for assistants. Was there any truth to that? If Gruden is interested at all what are the sticking points? What does he want?

Peterson - Make an offer, a great offer and then listen to feedback. Whatever is his objection fix it.

Brent Venables - I know he's a coordinator but I believe he can get it done. Just like Coach Cut was much of Fulmer's success he is the key ingredient to Clemson's success. I say offer him a little more than we offered Gundy and make him tell us no.
