nah they will be alright.he hasnt done anything this year anyways bc of his foot and only played 3 games

It's not as good as their 07 D, sure, but it's not significantly worse than last year's. I'm sure he would help, but I don't think it's such a damning blow to their title hopes.

Remember you said that when a perimeter scorer goes off on them for 40 and knocks them out of the tournament.

Remember that you forgot that Curry went off like crazy against gtown and wisco last year, both of whom were excellent defenses, thus proving the rule that sometimes players play well, and that doesn't necessarily mean other players are playing poorly. It took the #1 D to stop him that year. Is UNC a #1 D now? No. Were they last year? No.

Yep, but it's not a shock. I pretty much posted this a month ago. Losing Will Graves for the rest of the year adds even more insult to injury. Good news for UNC fans: Tyler Zeller (broken wrist) has been cleared to play, but it's still unclear whether he returns this year. I think he might.

If Zeller plays D, it matters. Otherwise, he's just a rest for the foul drawing machine.

Ginyard's D and overall leadership should not be underestimated...

I think this is every bit as bad as BPV says for UNC
