We had two star defensive players get hurt the week before the game in 2006 and proceeded to lose by one point. And, we all remember Hunter last year. I don't care how many Gators don't play, and I don't care how many legit excuses the Gators could have if they lose. We need this win.

I want florida to be at full strength come saturday....no excuses...lay it all on the line #leggoo

This..Don't want to hear any excuses from their fans like "we weren't at full strength, so and so was injured, etc.":whistling:

BUT OTOH, I'll take a win any way that the Vols can get it.:peace2:

Florida will be even more of a disaster when he plays. Even if the kid was 100%, he's not winning this ball game for them. I can't wait to see Driskel and his happy feet when we pressure the kid. I'm really hoping Dooley keeps his foot on the gas and puts as many points on Florida as he can. They sure had no problems doing it in the past.

I agree. The Gators had no problem talking sh$t all offseason about last year's game after our best player went down. Their entire two deep could get hurt for all I care. Still won't limit my celebration.

BIGOrange15 I'll be happy with any style of win as well. The point I was trying to make is that this is a good bench mark game for us to see how far our team has actually come along. So I want to beat the best team they can field. I hope this helps you understand where I was coming from. #GBO

He will play. Maggit and Lathers will also play.

Gilly's worth to Florida is significantly higher than Maggit/Lathers worth to Tennessee at this junction.

I'm not saying Lathers & Maggit aren't incredible players, but Gilly IS the Florida offense.

I don't get all of this full strength talk. If you are going to talk about degrees of team health, then you have to bring the type of win into account as well.

If we squeek by a Florida team with all kinds of injuries, Im pumped about the win but worried about UGA big time.

If we blowout Florida, regardless of their team's health - I'm super stoked.

You are functioning under the assumption that we WILL win. The healthier they are, the harder it will be for us to win. To your point though, healthy or not, I still think we will know a whole lot more after this game.

I agree, I want to be 3-0 after Saturday and I don't give a damn how we get there. You think any of their fans felt sorry for us when Hunter went down?
