Ghosts..... Have you ever seen them?

Nah not been a good weekend for my family, been at the funeral home all day and will be again tomorrow. I got out in time to watch the game tonight though.

A head's up if interested tonight's new episode of Ghost Hunters on SyFy will feature the team investigating Octagon Hall which is in Franklin, KY just across the state line North of Nashville.

I'll definitely check it out. Thanks for the heads up.

I have some EVPs and photos from Octagon Hall taken by some friends of mine.

Thanks tux.

In the second one, I think it was a car that passed. Later in the video you see one pass the other way.

I couldn't make out the voices in the first one very well but the second video was clear as a bell.

Great work

The folks at Octagon Hall will allow you to do an investigation. They charge a small fee of course, but I am told it is rather small-like $20 per person.

I spent a crazy day today. I took some time off today and another paranormal enthusiast and I visited Cragfont (just outside today). He told me odf some of the things that he has seen there. We drove past several other residences that are reported to be haunted. Then we sat down in his home, which is a known haunted house. He has experienced strange aromas rushing through the house(flowers, and even bad orders). He often hears strange music emanating from the basement. The home was built in 1840. I told him I want to spend a night there sometime.

Never had any experience although I'd like to if such a thing really exists. Have friends who claim to have seen things, but some of them have also claim to have see UFOs as well. Makes me wonder if some people are just more susceptible to wanting to see something whether it's there or not.

there is a phone app that will add ghosts to pics. My son freaked me out with one. And sometimes, they are hard to find. Can't remember what it's called. That's what that looks like to me.

I went ghost hunting with some professionals in the Seattle underground. Got some great recordings of my drunk friends but sadly no EVP

I've most definitely seen a ghost before. It was at my great aunt and uncle's farm in Hartsville, TN. Over the years most of my family has had their own experiences there.

I'll share something that I've never spoke about before.

I was leaving Afghanistan to fly back to the states back in 2012. Myself and a couple other dudes were staying in a couple of shack type rooms on Kandahar Air force Base next to where all of our equipment was staged for shipment. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep, so I decided to go to the MWR room and watch a movie.

It was around 2330 at night. There is a bench next to the MWR building were people smoke ect. There was a guy sitting at the bench watching something on his laptop. We were the only ones around, btw. I was "What's up, dude" and he didn't say anything or move an inch. I briefly thought to myself that was strange. I walked passed him about 20 feet to the MWR door and it was locked.

So I turned around to walk back to my room and he was gone. Total darkness, nothing moving anywhere. I literally stopped in disbelief. I just started looking around trying to understand what just happened and what I think I just saw. I didn't sleep much that night. Not that I was afraid of what happened, but it went against my thinking. I still try and debunk what I saw, but there simply isn't any explanation. There was nowhere for "it" to go.
