Getting pop ups in mobile

Ok, so I’m afraid to click on anything...

I keep getting a pop up from att.corp $1000 gift card blah blah blah
Does my iPad have a virus? I have tried deleting browsing history, and every time I come back after a few minutes the pop up starts again.

Appreciate any help.

Post a pic and a url so I can make sure it’s being blocked. Hopefully this latest batch will be blocked by this afternoon. I apologize for the aggravation. This thing is awful.

I just changed some things to try and isolate the issue. Please let me know if you get any more after this point.
