Gerald Jones is smarter than our coaches..

David Cutcliffe is that you?

Should I show the UCLA game again to demonstrate how feeble the line was at holding a block?

That's why the offense couldn't do anything that game; the line was getting blown backwards at four different points every play.

It really is a little hard to believe that we've seen this package in more than a half dozen games now...and he still hasn't thrown a single pass out of it. Not one.
We're setting it up for use in the Vandy game.

I think the coaches need to ban Jones from interviews. Not that he's saying anything wrong. I would rather keep some of our plans under wraps. That way we can suprise them. Like his statement its going to be a war against Florida. He sholud've just let them find out when the game started.

I guess if that game was a 'war' then we played the role of France rather well.....:mf_surrender:

This talk about Jones running a play that is not called keeps reminding me of when R.Sanders was still the OC. We were in a game against SC at their stadium and a long pass was completed for a score right before the half I belive. Fulmer and Sanders were interviewed as they were going into the locker room and Fulmer had this tone of "that is not what we were supposed to run . . but it worked" and Sanders had a look on his face like he had called something he was not supposed to and a feeling like he outsmarted CPF. I believe it was with Schaffer playing QB due to an Ainge injury or something. Anyone else remeber this?

My point is that we are probably putting blame on an offense that has a Clawson nameplate but with Fulmer sitting at the desk. I am going to lay off Clawson.

I remember that and my family loved that play. I believe it was 8-0 or something and we were playin awful and Schaeffer came in b/c Ainge was playin awful. Then Schaeffer broke his collarbone and Ainge came in and we rolled SCe

Really wasn't referring to that quote. But wish he would shut up and just take a game over for us. Even if Crompton sucks. Just break a few tackles and go to the house.

i knew you wern't referring to that part of the quote, i just used your post as a citation on a different issue (i.e. our inept play/playcalling/preformance against Florida) because i didnt see it posted anywhere else, sorry if you took it as a misinterpretation I didnt mean it that way
