Of course we can decline that penalty and make them re-kick.

From 5 yard further back, almost certainly resulting in an EB return opportunity. With EB back there, only against an elite leg do I accept the ball on the 35. Rekick.

Those statistics are pretty misleading, as a kicker might go for high and returnable, so we can get a deep stop. But you do make a pretty good case that Georgia's kicker may not be doing that.
I doubt they're going for high and returnable if they're coverage is ranked 11th in the SEC and they're the only team to give up a TD so far. Who knows, though? Maybe they're just not all that bright.

That's appropriate since they do play at Sanford, as in Fred G. Sanford, Stadium. But they should have named something after Lamont, too.
