I get that because there was more undefeated teams. With potentially only 3 left, I think teams can slide slightlyActually teams in the top 5 that lose this year have fallen 3-4 spots no matter the score. Bama was #3 when they lost to us by 3 on the road & they fell from 3 to 6. We lost by 14 on the road & fell 4 spots. If you're in the top 5 and u lose, you're falling out of the top 5 regardless of score.
Wouldn't that still mean UGA fell at least 3 spots just like everyone else did?? They're not losing to a team that's not in the top 5 and only falling 1-2 spots. I see that everyone is just writing them in but if they lost they would only have wins against us and Oregon, no conference title, and a loss to a team that ain't in the top 5. It's likely they still get in but it ain't a slam dunk.If LSU beats dawgs. Georgia will still get in along with LSU
LSU would be a 2 loss team that's not in the top 5. You're gonna fall at least 3-4 spots if you lose that one, because now you bring in SOS & SOV compared to other one loss teams. The teams that may not fall far would be Mich/OSU loser because of Strength of loss. Is it worse to lose to 2loss LSU or Mich/OSUI get that because there was more undefeated teams. With potentially only 3 left, I think teams can slide slightly
Wait, you don’t think first round draft pick who barely threw for 100 yds against Vandy, Will Levis, is not going to light up UGA?
