Georgia State made a great hire getting Rob Lanier. I guess the associate head coaching position will be taken by either Desmond Oliver or Michael Schwartz.

It's better to be men's basketball head coach at Georgia State than associate head coach at Tennessee. If you want to be a head coach you have to start somewhere.

Ron Hunter was hired by Tulane. I think it would be better to be head basketball coach at Georgia State than Tulane.

Hate to lose him, but that goes hand-in-hand with having a successful program. Better to be good and have to replace assistants than be mediocre without turnover.

I think Coach Barnes will be around at least until 2024-2025

Yea I understand but Fulmer was doing that when he was the head coach in football with clawson so I thought that would make it more likely.

I know Syracuse did it but the coach ended up leaving to go to Washington after Boeheim decided not to retire

I think Houston is doing that with Sampson's son but once Sampson leaves or gets caught cheating again, that won't happen either....
