Sort of miss Munson. Used to listen to some Georgia games years ago because I could not pick up the Vols. He was always good for a laugh or 2 but he was NO John Ward.

I lived in South Carolina in the 80s before Tennessee and Georgia became big yearly rivals and used to listen to some of Georgia's games on my way to Knoxville and I would try to be for them but after about 10 or 15 minutes of listening to Larry Munson I always ended up pulling for whoever Georgia was playing. He was so bad at announcing that he makes Vern Lundquist look decent. He also hated Tennessee with a passion ! (He used to be Vandys announcer years and years ago)

Yea I keep waiting for the UGA d-bag to show up who was indignant about my claim we were going to destroy them this year ... we pretty much did .. the game should have been about 45 -17 and we ran about 80 some odd plays to their 40 some odd plays offensively .. the same guy went on about how great their defense was which we scored on without problems last year with Worley and then they gave up back to back 38 point games to us and Bammer this year. I hope those guys show up, Georgia is a soft football team and getting softer every year. Did any UGA defender ever really lay a lick on a Vol the whole game? If it happened I did not see it.
