Some of these guys are just negative nancies. Being realistic is fine but show some faith and patience in your team and coaching staff. It'll be worth it in the long run

It's great to revel in their misery, but I wouldn't take Georgia too lightly and I wouldn't get over cocky about our chances this weekend. Now that Green is back, they are a different team offensively. We are still without depth where they have it.

I definitely think we can win this game, especially if we can get up for it after this past weekend. However, if we do win it, I definitely don't mark this as a "should win", regardless of how Georgia's season is going thus far.

With that said, I hope we wipe the field with them.

I would not vote my paycheck on the Vols right now, much less my 401k. Tennessee athletics is the biggest disappointment in the NCAA. We are terrible. We'll get beat by Georgia next week. Book it. I'll stop being negative when Tennessee gives me a reason to be positive. When LSU was driving on the last series of the game on 4th and 14, I knew we were going to lose. I knew it. We simply do not have the players to win big games. Period. You guys need to stop dreaming and live in reality. Reality says we will win about 5 games this year. Thats it.

And it will not be much better next year with the seniors we will be losing. Can you imagine how bad our D Line will be next year without Chris Walker, Gerald Williams, etc. It won't be good folks. Most of our defensive problems stem from not being able to pressure the QB. It will be 4 years before Tennessee is an 8 win team. I just hope you guys can wait that long.

I will take the Vols and the points. Georgia is the one team in the SEC that has looked worse than we have at times.

Should be a very emotional game from two struggling teams. I think we take this one and knock the bottom out of the hole GA is already digging for themselves. GBO!

Im not a unrealistic optimist.... but after this week i take tennessee for the outright win... put Janzen on AJ and run the ball all day I know we'll beat a 10.5 point spread

You sir are a deuche! GIANT one at that! I am not saying we will win or lose as both teams are very desperate for a win at this point. However, the comment I placed in "BOLD" is rediculous. How are we the biggest disappointment in the NCAA when there was little or no expectaions in the first place? Fulmer left us dry and Kiff left us in even worse shape. Three coaches in three years and it is a disappointment. I guess you were banking on a SEC Championship this year then? Please!

There are plenty of positives coming from this season that will bode well for us in the future, win or lose. 8/4 was a long shot and 6/6 the expected.

Just out of curiosity. How did you feel at the end of regulation when it appeared TN had won.
Or did you have some kind of premonition that there would be one more play?

UGA has a more offensive team. This will be a tough game for us.
