Not sure what the circumstances were. Maybe they had some injuries. If the guy is good enough for Shoop and Doeren then that's good enough for me. Although I am curious if he had an offer to go to Penn State.

Fair enough. I agree, I'll trust Shoop to make the call. The great thing is that we cannot get any worse. Only up from here fellas.

The bigger question. If Martínez is replaced. How long does it take to break the bad habits our guys learned under him? Or is the problem they didnt learn anything under him?

We can have Derek Barnett, Kongbo and Big Charles hold an intervention. Scared Straight on Rocky Top!

I don't agree with what the poster said but I also don't think foreman gave his all by slowing down and giving up on the play in the UGA game. Luckily that seemed to be a learning lesson for him.

Well he made it up against A&M

How about Malik Foreman as DB coach now. He could teach the youngsters the art of giving up on coverage when you are sure the QB will never throw at the WR you are covering and also teach them how to whiff on virtually every RB you tried to tackle in your career to keep the injuries low and the uniforms clean. Those smokey greys don't look good with mud or grass stains on them.
This is a truly horrible post

His career here is over, no need to bash him or to make us read it. He made a mistake, and he knew it. At least Malik was out on the field. Ever.

Man you are on point with that post! Foreman. Gross. Kid can barely find the field on Saturday much less cover a WR in the SEC, amirite??
I guess he could coach them on not quitting on a play. Or being so clutch that you make people happy and they yell real loud as you walk down a receiver, cause a fumble or make a touchdown-saving tackle.
But that loser didn't do that on every play and sometimes he even let the other guy catch the ball!
He'll sure feel dumb when you post your highlight reel and show him how it's done. I can't wait! Teach that kid a lesson by showing him a REAL shut-down corner brings.
Please please please PLEASE post that video soon! We don't want Butch to hire someone else to coach DB's when you got the secret to 12 wins behind that laptop!

BRIGHT BLUE FONT.

Or teach them how to run down a receiver who is about to score a sure touchdown and punch the ball out of his hand forcing a turnover keeping your team in the game.

His career stats speak for themselves: 44 games. 71 total tackles, 3 int in 4 years. A regular Eric Berry prototype for sure.

Angry little boy. Go back to Mommy's skirt.

Listen man. I'm sorry that Foreman didn't call your daughter back. But calling out our players in public is a really pathetic move. Doubling down on the trolling when we're trying to politely explain it to you makes it even worse.

Angry little boy. Go back to Mommy's skirt.

It always astounds me when posters, whose last on-field experience in competitive sports was as the third string TE on their 8 year old flag football team, has the audacity (or stupidity) to disparage the efforts of young men who are competing at the highest level in amateur sports, while attending classes.
And these insulting comments are made while the posters are sitting in their comfortable chair in their climate controlled room and getting upset about something that for all intents and purposes really has no real bearing on their lives.
As to the poster that I am commenting on, based upon your level of discourse it would appear that your 1982 degree was awarded for earning a BA in BS

Is there any other names we are looking at for DB coach? Is Fair better than Barlow? And when do we think this move will be made, if it even is?
