For a win that means something. We long for the days where neyland stadium was feared, where our teams were feared. A time when we owned Georgia. Saturday night is an opportunity for us as a fanbase and a program to crawl out of the abyss and back into the light. For those of you lucky enough to attend, raise absolute hell and let's make this a special moment in our history; one that we can point to years from now as the beginning of the return to glory.

Go Vols!!!!

In the past you and I have bumped heads at times. Recently, you've been bringing it. Thanks for contributions :hi:. I am with you on the potential for the program this Saturday and will make as much noise as I can. I can't wait for Saturday.

I'm not sure beating this Georgia team can be historical though...I feel where you are coming from but this is a match-up between two middle of the pack teams.

LawVol, I'm loving it! I remember the 9 year streak when the UGA game was an easy win.

Who cares, the east is middle of the pack anyway. I would really like to be 3rd to 1st in the east by season end. I know 1st is a stretch with our schedule and us losing to UF already. However, I want atleast to see usc uga tucky and vandy below us.

I'm not saying that this isn't a big game for this team, hell, by all accounts it is.

Big time recruits will be here, a chance for Dooley to get his first win over a good SEC program and a chance to put another nail in Richt's coffin.

Possibly beating a division rival loaded with talent on national television makes this a huge opportunity.

The game obviously doesn't matter. I'm sure these guys posting about two mediocre teams will probably not even watch anyway.
