I don't think Alabama has retained Bond Schoeneck & King this year, while Fulmer is groveling around with a football program in disarray, 3-7 in the conference, hampered by potential NCAA infractions regarding recruiting and extra benefit violations, Saban was sitting in the football complex in Tuscaloosa watching two of his player reside as Heisman finalists, had Waddle been healthy and Harris been given appropriate consideration, Saban easily could have had 4 finalists on the broadcast,

If Fulmer is going gumshoe detective again, he might want to make sure his program is in order first before throwing rocks at programs that appear to be light years ahead of anything Fulmer could assemble as a coach or an unemployed coach back at the trough trying to be an AD.

If he’s a failed coach what was Majors?

Did Fulmer not go down in flames, get fired and never get another coaching job? As I've said before, Sears was a massive business but at the end of the day they were a failed business. Fulmer had success but failed and was fired. Majors firing here came in the midst of his best seasons and best recruiting. Fulmers firing came long after his best days were in the rearview mirror.
