General Neyland #36 on ESPN 150 Greatest Coaches

The worst ranking of all and it's not close is Urban Meyer.

Man may be scum, but the amount of guys I'd take over him are in the single digits.

I'm calling BS on this article. Dabo? Shouldn't he be on the 150 Greatest Cheerleaders list instead?

Don't care for UM, but results are in the pudding. The man gets results and wins which should make him in the top 2 or 3 for the last 30 years.

Should have been #1 imo.

Great man and coach. Multiple shutouts, national titles, taught that doofus in Alabama everything he knew (and never lost him), plus loved freedom so much he joins in the war to kill some Krauts.

Given the time they lived and circumstances surrounding their tenure General Neyland deserves to be number 1.

With few exceptions, most everyone else on this list couldn’t hold his jock strap.

Pretty ignorant list from someone with a midnight deadline and little understanding of the history and development of the game. Did you see the ”info” provided, just pathetic, what a waste of time, unless of course you’re a Notre Dame, Michigan, or Alabama fan, then by all means please enjoy.
