This season, and the losses particularly, need a solid evaluation. JH is a good enough coach that he's going to do that and work to fill the holes. He's not on a hot seat and shouldn't be. His work over the past 5 years is significantly better than anything previous. He just has to make good adjustments to players, staff, etc., and focus on getting better. Anyone who knows him knows that there is not anyone who wants to win at the highest level than Josh.

DW is a good enough AD that he's going to demand a plan that is reasonable and has a high probability to get things moving forward - especially on defense. Josh will work with DW to come up with the best thing they can using the resources available. If it's a cash issue for NIL, DW will have to come up with the money.
