Can't really disagree.....they sure weren't trying too hard if they didn't quit altogether.

Are we talking about one PAT try or multiple plays? I have a hard time believing that our players would quit in a game with scouts and coaches watching. It's much more logical that one or two of the DL who were gassed did not try hard on a couple of plays or the PAT.

The whole defense was gassed from being on the field the whole second half. There is more to it as this isn't the first time these accusations have come up.

Quit or not, there is only one way to get that taste out of our mouths. That is to play hard saturday

You're right. They didn't really quit. They just sucked that badly as evidenced by the later beatdown by Alabama.

Truth be known, we were not very good at the beginning of the season. Too many headlines were taken for granted. I don't think this team is reading the papers and sticking their chest out just yet. At least, I hope not.

I don't think they put forth 100% like in years past. Maybe they will make up for it on Saturday!
