Hell of a game by the Vols. I realize it was a very tough loss but your guys battled hard and have much to be proud of. Kudos.

Thanx but its hard for it to end the way it did. Knowing that we played better than them, and still got beat. If you would have told me Crompton was going to throw for over 200 yards before the game then I would have no doubt that we were going to win. Not today though. We will get them next year.

Likely because this one f'n stung a bit, because unlike the "moral victory" Gator fans cry about that we claimed against them, this one should have been a REAL victory.

We just don't feel like we really *need* a Gator perspective on this one.

Honestly, and I HATE to say this, but Florida is definitely the number one team in the country.

Alabama did NOT impress me one bit. Their quarterback is terrible (and that's all CBS wanted to talk about---him getting his "confidence" back and how much "pressure" he was under).

Tennessee puts up 340 yards on the "number 1" defense in the country and they are three missed field goals away from beating them.

Florida is better, but I still think the Vols could have won if they played Florida like they played today.

THIS TEAM IS GETTING BETTER.

Kiff has an SEC Championship in his sights and maybe an NC sooner than people think! These coaches are the real deal! The freshmen were not a big part of today's success so we almost beat Alabama by coaching up the guys who got dominated last year.

If that is not a testament to their coaching abilities, I don't know what is!

Go Vols!!!
