I'm eating leftover Happy New Year Good Luck Black-eyed peas with pork shoulder and some leftover Christmas turkey thrown in for effect. Made it good and spicy. Good Stuff!

We had black eye peas, but with a pork tenderloin and kale. Guess we're halfway healthy eaters.
