That's what it was here. Clarksville's prices tend to mirror Johnson City's.

I hear the oil companies are complaining because they aren't making enough money and our going to stop production of around 2 million barrels of oil so prices will go back up and they can make more money.

If they all do that, it is illegal collusion... if one or two do, then the others will kill them at the pumps with lower prices.

Prices are dropping BECAUSE of the poor economic situation... but your point is well taken. I think there actually IS a connection.

BTW, I saw $2.11 today in Southaven, MS today.
