Brisket - First one I've done on a wood pellet smoker. Started at 7AM and I'd say another 2 hrs and it's ready to rest till kickoff !

Baby back ribs have been smoking since about noon. Wrapped them about 3:30. About 1 hour left before basting with the sauce. Should be ready to eat about 6. Shame I can't show a picture. Potato salad is made. Summer slaw is ready. Will be getting the baked beans and corn bread going soon. That's a decent pregame meal!!!!
