Holy crap this would be hilarious if it weren't so true. My fraternity went up there when I was at UT to help out with a philanthropy and EVERYTHING closed at 10. We were trying to grab beers for a house party and we couldn't because we were too late.

"Hokie Stoned" (with cartoon of Vols player running over VT player in "stone" uniform)

Or to get away from poking fun, and instead acknowledge the neighborly nature of the game, a drawing of Interstate 81 running through the hills, with one 360-degree oval in it at about the middle, labeled Bristol. Like the speedway is actually a part of the interstate connecting the campuses.
