Maybe it just means that those who had parking passes for the Locust Street Garage had their pass reassigned to another location.

Yes, Locust Street Garage is open for parking, but they're not allowing tailgating, which blows.

Lots of parking off 17th St in yards and driveways, some businesses I would imagine. Also, uber and lyft
In 1978, out-of-towners eager to get to the stadium parked in the front yard of the home we were renting on Laurel Ave. An enterprising friend removed the valve cores from their tires. Upon their return, he offered to replace their valve cores and inflate their tires for a fee, or call the cops and charge them with criminal trespass. We had quite a party with the proceeds from the fees.

Anyone know if the ETCH garage off White Ave will be open? We usually pay $15-$20 which benefits the hospital but I'm not sure if they'll be opening it this year.

Anyone know if parking at the Church St., United Methodist, at the corner of Henley and Cumberland will be open?

@CPA is that the church that you're talking about?

So, in other words, there was the opportunity to NOT be packed in, waiting through an hour-long line in the garage to get out after the game, and instead they closed a bunch of lots.

Nice work, UT.
