Re the showergate thing. OK, I feel pretty sure that this discussion takes place in all locker rooms when practices begin. My question is who in the h... gave the info to the LOCAL press. Dooley should not have commented. If the local press had not had the story, the national press would not have picked it up. Good Lord.

Anyone notice during part of when they were talking about us the bottom line scrolled the info about the basketball team?

Just saw on utsports.com that after the first quarter they will honor the elite 8 team. I hope they get a huge ovation as they deserve it after a great season.

I just went to espn.com to check the scores and the home page for college football is titled, No. 1 contender...which team is best suited to end Florida's run at the top of the East and then has a link to the UGA and USCjr. game.....I guess we might as not even play this year we have no shot according to the almighty at espn. :finger3:

If things like staph infections can happen in hospitals.. your definately not going to keep them out of locker rooms. People on ESPN etc.. are going to make fun of the VOLS right now because its the popular thing to do atm. But even if Oregon wins tonight, I can garuntee they won't be making fun of anyone.. They will have to many battle scars to be nursing on the way back home :rock:

It is his first real lesson on "What I can say at LA Tech might go national at UT....."

I actually cringed. It was my first ? moment with an otherwise exceptional Dooley.

I hope it didn't affect team preparation..... Well, obviously it did.
