I know it's not really an important prediction, but does anyone know when Corso generally puts on the headgear of his pick? Something I'd really like to see in person.

Has anyone ever been? I mean is it worth going to? I'm driving from Memphis so we will leave Friday instead of Saturday morning and will stay an extra night if we go to gameday.

The more people there showing our support on national tv the better. Recruits will see that too.

Its fun to go to. The more people who show up, the more impressive it is for UT. It will be at Circle Park, near the Volunteer Statue (Torchbearer) starts on TV (ESPNU) at 9am, then goes to ESPN 10a-12N

I went in 2004 and thought it was a little overrated to attend in person. This was mainly because you could not hear what was being said. Still something I was glad I did though, cause I used to love watching Gameday when I was a kid.

Don't they have speakers set up for everyone to hear?

The only Gameday I've ever attended live was at Clemson in 2006 and (unless its changed) all I remember was scrolling captions on huge screens letting you know what they're saying. I could be mistaken though.

Negative. I think I remember some type of really small speakers but you couldn't make anything out that was being said, and I was only a couple rows from the front.

Of course this was 8 years ago, so they may have a better setup now.

someone was telling me we couldnt camp out...anyone know if there's any truth to that?

I'm wondering this too. I mean where would we camp at anyway. Couldn't do it in circle park and it's all parking lots around there.
