I'm on call all week, and the way things have been going my phone will ring once to twice a day, all hours of the night. You can bet that phone will be off Sat when the game starts.

Not to be too much of a downer - but man, this is the least excited I've ever been for the first game week. I just feel....relieved...that the offseason is over. I think it has just as much to do with how busy I am as it does with the state of the program - all I can say is Go Vols. It'll be a rough ride...but it's our ride....

It's true. At this point it feels like I'm punishing myself...but times will get better...eventually. While I can honestly say it's the least excited I've been...it's still excitement on some level - and it will build all the way to Saturday.

This seems like one of the most exciting seasons for me. I'm excited...
...to see the new coaching staff in action.
...to see these young Vols in action.
...to see the end of this off-season.
...to get back up to Neyland.
...that it's football time in TN.

It's a VERY exciting time in Knoxville.

GW at DT sure sounds better than Minor being there, at least. (Then again, this is coming from someone who hasn't seen either in practice).

This isn't gonna be our best season by any means, buts its still FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE!!

And that's a beaUTiful thing to me!
